Loaded Chronic Fries
Method
Preparation
- 1
Bake the Fries
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 2
Prepare the Toppings
While the fries are baking, prepare the toppings. Dice the tomato, slice the jalapeños, and chop the green onions.
- 3
Mix Fries with Buffalo Sauce
Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Drizzle the buffalo sauce over the fries and toss to coat evenly.
- 4
Assemble Loaded Fries
Transfer the buffalo-coated fries to a serving platter. Top with the diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, and queso. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, salt, and pepper to taste.
- 5
Serve
Serve the loaded chronic fries immediately while hot, with extra buffalo sauce on the side if desired.
