Prepare the Cucumber
Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and set aside.
Mix the Base
In a large pitcher, muddle the fresh mint leaves with lemon juice and honey until the mint is fragrant and the honey is dissolved.
Combine Ingredients
Add the sliced cucumber to the pitcher and stir gently.
Add Sparkling Water
Pour in the sparkling water and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Serve
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice. Add a pinch of salt to each glass for an extra flavor kick.
