Prepare the Pork
In a slow cooker, combine the pork shoulder, chopped onion, minced garlic, orange juice, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the pork.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and shreds easily.

Prepare the Cilantro Lime Sour Cream
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and minced jalapeño. Adjust jalapeño to taste for desired spiciness.

Assemble the Tacos
Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Fill each tortilla with shredded pork, top with cilantro slaw and cilantro lime sour cream.

Serve the tacos with a side of pico de gallo, spicy queso, and tortilla chips.
