Fill a highball glass with ice to chill.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the jalapeno-infused vodka, strawberry-balsamic syrup, and fresh lemon juice. Add ice and shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice and top with soda water. Stir gently to combine.
