Method

Steak Preparation

1

Marinate the Steak

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Coat the prime top sirloin steak in the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

2

Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Sweet Corn Succotash

3

Cook the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced red onion and bell pepper; cook until softened. Stir in zucchini and sweet corn, then season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Chimichurri Sauce

4

Make the Chimichurri

In a bowl, mix together chopped parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, and olive oil. Stir in red pepper flakes and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.

House-Made Frites

5

Prepare the Frites

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the cut potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels; season with salt.
