Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Layer the Ingredients
On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer. Sprinkle the shredded Wisconsin Colby cheese evenly over the chips, followed by the cooked pinto beans.
Bake
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Add Toppings
Remove the nachos from the oven and top with diced avocado, sour cream, salsa roja, chopped scallions, and cilantro.
Serve
