Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Pork Wings

In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create a marinade. Add the pork wings to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Cook the Pork Wings

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated pork wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until they are cooked through and crispy, turning halfway through.

3

Cook the Soba Noodles

While the pork wings are baking, cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

4

Prepare the Vegetables

In a large skillet or wok, heat a small amount of sesame oil over medium heat. Add bok choy, edamame, and julienned carrots. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

5

Assemble the Bowl

In serving bowls, place a portion of soba noodles, top with the stir-fried vegetables, and add the baked pork wings. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
