Fruit base

Method
Prepare fruit
Peel and chop
Peel the oranges, removing as much pith as possible, and separate into segments. Core and cut the pineapple into 1-inch chunks if using fresh pineapple. Peel, pit, and chop the mango into chunks. Measure and place all prepared fruit in the blender jar.
If you prefer a smoother juice with less pulp, strain the orange segments briefly to remove large seeds or excess membrane before adding to the blender.
Blend & sweeten
Blend ingredients
Add the cold water, honey (or agave), and lime juice to the blender with the fruit. If using mint or a pinch of salt, add them now. Cover and blend on high for 45–60 seconds, until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform.
Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity: add another 1/2 tbs honey or more lime juice if needed. If the juice is too thick, add up to 1/2 cup more cold water and blend again to reach desired consistency.
Finish & serve
Strain (optional)
For a clearer, pulp-free juice, pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a pitcher, pressing with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the pulp or save for smoothies.
Chill and serve
Add ice to glasses or chill the juice in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes. Stir the juice in the pitcher, pour into glasses, garnish with a mint leaf if desired, and serve immediately.
