Cooking Ingredients

Method

Eggs and Meat

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

In a frying pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Crack the farm-fresh eggs into the pan, sprinkling with salt and black pepper. Cook until the whites are set and the yolks reach your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.).

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon or Sausage

In a separate pan, cook the bacon or sausage patties over medium heat until crispy and browned, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Potato Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare Potatoes

In the same skillet used for the meat, add another tablespoon of butter. Sauté the diced onions until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the homestyle skillet potatoes, crispy hash browns, or tater tots (based on preference) and cook until golden and crispy, stirring occasionally.

Pancake or Crepe Preparation

  1. 4

    Make the Crepes or Pancakes

Prepare the batter for either crepes or buttermilk pancakes as per your preferred recipe. Cook on a greased skillet over medium heat until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Toast and Biscuit

  1. 5

    Toast or Biscuit

If using toast, butter slices and toast them in the toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. If using a biscuit, warm it in the oven according to package directions or until heated through.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Plate the Station Platter

On a large plate, arrange the cooked eggs, bacon or sausage, and your choice of potatoes. Add the crepe or pancake next to them. Finally, include the buttery toast or biscuit on the side. Enjoy your hearty Station Platter!
