Omelet Preparation

Whisk the Eggs
In a mixing bowl, crack the 3 large eggs and whisk them together until fully combined. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Cook the Omelet
In a non-stick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes, until the edges start to set.

Add the Filling
Once the edges are set, add the filling mixture evenly over one half of the omelet. Allow it to cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.

Fold and Serve
Carefully fold the omelet in half over the filling using a spatula. Cook for another minute before sliding it onto a plate.

Toast or Biscuit Preparation
Toast 2 slices of bread or warm 2 pieces of biscuits in the oven or a toaster. Spread butter on top before serving.
