Omelet Preparation

Prepare the Vegetables
While the meats are cooking, chop the green bell pepper, onion, and tomato into small pieces.

Cook the Omelet
In a non-stick skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Pour in the whisked eggs and let them cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start to set.

Add Fillings
Sprinkle the chopped ham, cooked bacon, sausage pieces, bell pepper, onion, tomato, and cheddar cheese evenly over one side of the omelet.

Fold and Finish Cooking
Using a spatula, carefully fold the omelet in half over the fillings. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the omelet is cooked through. Slide onto a plate.

Cook the Potatoes
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and toss in the homestyle skillet potatoes. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Toast or Biscuit
While the potatoes are cooking, toast the toast or warm the biscuit in the oven according to package instructions.
