Chicken Tenders

Prepare Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into strips about 1-2 inches wide.

Bread Chicken Strips
Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry Chicken Tenders
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken strips in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare Potatoes
Peel and cut the potatoes into fries, about 1/4 inch thick.

In a large pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry Potatoes
Carefully add fries to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden and crispy, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while still warm.
Coleslaw

Prepare Vegetables
Shred the cabbage and grate the carrots.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

In a large bowl, toss the shredded cabbage and carrots with the dressing until well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Dinner Rolls

Heat Rolls
Warm the dinner rolls in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-10 minutes.

Spread butter on the warm rolls before serving.
