Prepare the Glass
Start by filling a tall glass with ice cubes to chill the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz of Tito's Vodka and 1 oz of Kahlua.

Add Milk
Pour in 1 oz of milk into the shaker with the vodka and Kahlua mixture.

Shake the Mixture
Shake the mixture well until it is thoroughly combined and chilled.

Pour into Glass
Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Top with Cola
Top off the drink with 4 oz of cola, pouring gently to maintain the fizz.

Give it a gentle stir to mix, and serve immediately with a straw or drink stirrer.
