Method

Prepare the Crust

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Mix the Crust Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened.

  3. 3

    Form the Crust

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 10-inch springform pan to create an even layer.

  4. 4

    Bake the Crust

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool while preparing the filling.

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

  1. 5

    Mix Cream Cheese and Sugar

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.

  2. 6

    Add eggs

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition to ensure they are fully incorporated.

  3. 7

    Add Sour Cream and Vanilla

Mix in the sour cream and vanilla extract until fully combined.

  4. 8

    Add Flour

Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

  5. 9

    Pour Filling into Crust

Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Bake the Cheesecake

  1. 10

    Bake

Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.

  2. 11

    Cool the Cheesecake

Once baked, turn off the oven and crack the oven door open. Allow the cheesecake to cool in the oven for 1 hour.

  3. 12

    Chill the Cheesecake

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

Add Toppings

  1. 13

    Choose Your Topping

Choose your favorite topping (strawberries, blueberries, or caramel) and prepare them accordingly.

  2. 14
