Preparation
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 cup of Bacardi Rum, 1 oz of Blue Curacao, 1 cup of Pina Colada Mix, and 1 cup of Pineapple Juice.
Shake Well
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture and blend the ingredients.
Serving
Prepare Glass
Fill a tall glass or hurricane glass with ice to keep the cocktail chilled.
Pour Cocktail
Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass over the ice.
Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry on top.
