Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Baking Dish
Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a little melted butter.

Season the Haddock
Place the haddock fillets in the prepared baking dish. Season with salt and black pepper.
Prepare the Topping

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Remove from heat once melted.

Combine Topping Ingredients
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley until well combined.

Apply Topping
Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the haddock fillets.
Cook the Haddock

Bake the Haddock
Bake the haddock in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Prepare the Sides

Cook the Asparagus
While the fish is baking, steam or sauté the asparagus in a separate pan until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Boil the Potatoes
In a pot of boiling salted water, add the halved baby potatoes and cook until fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Serve the Dish
Once the haddock is done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Plate the haddock with asparagus and baby potatoes on the side.
