Pasta and Sauce

Method

Preparation

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.

3

Add Cherry Tomatoes

Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes until they start to soften.

Combine and Serve

4

Combine the Pasta and Vegetables

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Pour in the vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together for about 2-3 minutes until heated through and well combined.

5

Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil before serving. Enjoy your Pasta Primavera!
