Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Steak

Season the T-bone steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2

Sear the Steak

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steaks and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let them rest.

3

Make the Garlic Herb Crunch

In the same skillet, add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden. Remove from heat and set aside.

4

Prepare the Red Wine Reduction

In the same skillet, add red wine and beef broth. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Let it reduce by half, about 10-15 minutes. Stir in butter until melted and sauce is glossy.

5

Serve

Plate the T-bone steaks, top with the garlic herb crunch, and drizzle with the red wine reduction. Enjoy!
