Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Broth

In a large pot, combine 4 cups of water, diced potatoes, corn, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

2

Add Seafood

Once the broth is boiling, reduce the heat to medium and add the lobster tails, shrimp, scallops, and mussels. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels have opened.

3

Make the Tomato Broth

Stir in 1 can (14 oz) of diced tomatoes (with juice), the chopped dill, and additional salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

4

Serve

Ladle the seafood bowl into serving dishes, ensuring to include a mix of seafood, corn, and potatoes. Garnish with extra dill if desired.
