Add 30 g of dark chocolate shavings to the mixture and stir until the chocolate is well incorporated into the wine base.

Incorporate Chocolate

Finely chop 5 fresh mint leaves and add them to the wine mixture along with 1 tablespoon of molasses. Mix thoroughly to combine all the ingredients.

Add Mint and Molasses

Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the wine mixture into a clean serving decanter or wine glass to remove any solids.

Strain and Serve

Garnish the wine with 2 mint sprigs and sprinkle 5 g of dark chocolate shavings on top for an elegant presentation.
