Build and shake

Add Jameson, triple sec, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled.

Prepare glass

Fill a highball or Collins glass with fresh ice to the top.

Strain and top

Strain the shaken whiskey mixture over the ice in the prepared glass. Top gently with 4 oz (about half a can) of Watermelon Red Bull, pouring slowly to preserve some effervescence. Stir once gently with a bar spoon to combine (1–2 turns).

Garnish & serve

Garnish the cocktail with a lime wheel on the rim and, if desired, a small watermelon wedge on a pick. Serve immediately with a straw.
