Cocktail

Method

Cocktail

1

Make peach purée (if not using store-bought)

Pit and roughly chop 1 ripe peach. Blend the peach flesh with 1 teaspoon of simple syrup until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve for a silkier purée if desired. Measure 1 ounce for the recipe.

2

Shake cocktail

Add 2 oz bourbon, 1 oz peach purée, 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.

3

Prepare glass

Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice (about 1 cup).

4

Strain and top

Strain the shaken bourbon–peach mixture over the ice in the prepared glass. Top gently with 4 oz Liquid Death Dead Billionaire iced tea (or other bottled iced tea), pouring slowly to preserve the layered look and subtle effervescence.

Garnish & Finish

5

Garnish with a peach slice and a lemon wheel on the rim or floated on top. Optionally give the drink a gentle stir (1–2 revolutions) to marry flavors without flattening the iced tea.

6

Serve immediately with a straw or cocktail stirrer. Adjust sweetness with extra simple syrup to taste.
