On a skewer, thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Arrange on a platter.

Stir in the fresh spinach and cooked pasta. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
