Szechuan Dipping Sauce
Method
Pot Stickers Preparation
Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Pot Stickers
Place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper over to form a half-moon shape, and pinch the edges to seal.
Cook the Pot Stickers
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the pot stickers in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
Steam the Pot Stickers
Add a splash of water to the skillet and cover immediately. Let steam for about 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Szechuan Dipping Sauce Preparation
Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, honey, and sesame seeds until well combined.
