1. Prepare Chickpeas
Soak the dried chickpeas in water overnight. Drain and rinse before using.
2. Blend Ingredients
In a food processor, combine soaked chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend until a coarse mixture forms.
3. Form the Falafel
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in flour. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
4. Heat Oil
In a deep pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
5. Fry Falafel
Carefully drop the formed falafel into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Drain
