Method
Prepare Glass
- 1
Chill a large wine glass or stemmed goblet in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill with ice water while assembling ingredients; discard ice water before building.
Build the Cocktail
- 2
Add base nectars
Fill the chilled glass about halfway with cubed ice (about 1 cup). Pour in the mango nectar (3 fl oz), pineapple nectar (2 fl oz) and passionfruit nectar (1.5 fl oz).
- 3
Add citrus and sweeten
Add fresh lime juice (0.5 fl oz). Taste and, if you prefer a slightly sweeter spritz, add simple syrup (0.25 fl oz). Stir gently with a long bar spoon 4–6 strokes to combine the nectars and citrus without flattening.

Garnish & Serve
- 5
Garnish the rim with a lime wheel and a small pineapple wedge, and tuck a mint sprig between the fruit and the rim if using. Serve immediately with a straw or stirring stick.
