Measure and combine
In the large cocktail shaker or mixing pitcher, add 6 oz Don Julio Blanco tequila, 1.5 oz fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz agave nectar, 0.5 oz triple sec, 1 oz fresh orange juice, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- 3
Shake
Fill the shaker with roughly 1.5 cups of ice (reserve remaining ice). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.
- 4
Assemble tower
Discard any ice used to chill the glass if desired. Fill the tower or large serving glass about two-thirds full with fresh ice (about 1–1.5 cups). Strain the shaken cocktail mixture over the fresh ice, pouring evenly to reach near the top of the glass but leaving room for garnish.

Top and garnish
If desired, add 1–2 additional dashes of bitters over the top. Garnish with three lime wheels threaded on a pick or floated on the surface, and add two orange peel twists arranged on the rim or floated. Serve with a straw or long cocktail spoon for sharing.

Serve
Present the Don Julio Tower immediately so ice remains firm and flavors bright. Encourage guests to stir lightly before sipping to marry layers.
