Casamigos Blanco Margarita

Prepare glass
Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks or coupe glass, then dip the rim into coarse salt to coat. Set the glass aside.

Mix
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz Casamigos Blanco, 1 oz fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz agave nectar, 0.5 oz triple sec and a generous scoop of ice (about 1 cup).

Shake
Secure the shaker and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until well-chilled and slightly frosty.

Combine
In a mixing glass, add 2 oz Casamigos Reposado, 0.25 oz agave nectar and 2 dashes Angostura bitters.

Stir & Chill
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for 20–30 seconds until the drink is well-chilled and slightly diluted (about 15–20% dilution).

Serve & Garnish
Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Express an orange peel over the drink to release oils, rub the peel around the glass rim, then drop it into the drink as garnish. Serve.

Build
In the shaker, combine 1.5 oz Casamigos Añejo, 1 oz cooled espresso, 0.75 oz coffee liqueur and 0.25 oz vanilla simple syrup. Add a generous amount of fresh ice (about 1 cup).

Shake hard
Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is very cold and the mixture is properly emulsified, producing a light crema.

Strain & Garnish
Double-strain into the chilled coupe. Garnish with three coffee beans placed on top of the crema. Serve immediately.
