Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, combine the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix until well combined.

Marinate the Chicken

Add the chicken wings to the marinade, making sure they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

Bake the Wings

Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Garnish and Serve

Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
