Prepare the Seabass
Rub the seabass fillets with olive oil and coat them generously with blackening spice on both sides.

Cook the Seabass
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seabass fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and has a nice char.
