Reserve the Package
Book the 'SPARE TIME AFTER DARK' special through the venue's website, phone line, or in person. Specify date, start time, number of lanes needed, and expected number of guests. Confirm you want the 2-hour unlimited bowling + light show + music package.
Confirm Pricing and Add-Ons
Verify the total cost, deposit requirements, and availability of add-ons (food & drink vouchers, private DJ, party decorations). Add any desired vouchers or extras to the reservation.
Arrival and Check-In
Arrive at the venue at least 15–20 minutes before your reserved start time. Check in at the front desk, present your reservation confirmation and IDs if requested, and pay any remaining balance or provide a deposit if required.
Shoe Rental Distribution
Each guest receives a pair of rental bowling shoes. Staff will measure shoe sizes and provide appropriate pairs. Put on socks (recommended) before trying on rental shoes for hygiene and comfort.
Lane Assignment and Setup
Staff will assign your reserved lane(s) and set up lane-specific features: bumpers (if requested), house balls, and scoring profiles for each player. Confirm player names and set skill levels or handicaps in the scoring system if the venue offers this option.
Activate Light Show and Music
At the start time, venue staff or the events team will activate the after-dark light show (black lights, LED fixtures, strobes) and the curated music playlist or DJ service. Ensure the lighting and audio levels meet your group's needs; request adjustments from staff as needed.
Unlimited Bowling Rules
Clarify the two-hour window: it begins at the scheduled start time and ends exactly two hours later. Bowling is unlimited during that period for assigned lanes only. Follow lane etiquette and venue safety rules: no food or drinks on the approach, no running, and follow staff instructions for ball returns and pinsetters.
During Play
Rotate players per lane's established order. Use the scoring system to track frames and totals. For younger players or beginners, request bumpers or lighter balls. Staff can assist with ball selection, technique tips, and tie-breakers if needed.
Food & Drink and Breaks
If you purchased food & drink vouchers or plan to order from the snack bar, coordinate with staff to have items brought to your lane area or a nearby table. Take short breaks as needed, but understand the two-hour bowling window is continuous and may not be extended.
End of Session
When the two-hour period ends, staff will notify you. Return rental shoes to the front desk, collect personal belongings, and settle any remaining charges (add-ons, extra time if available). If you wish to extend play, inquire about lane availability and additional fees.
Per-Person Essentials
Arrive prepared with comfortable socks to wear under rental shoes. Each guest should carry a valid ID if the venue requires age verification for entry or alcohol purchases.
Ensure each guest understands the rotation order and basic bowling etiquette: wait your turn, stay behind the foul line, and allow others room on the approach.
Encourage beginners to ask staff for lighter balls, finger hole adjustments, or simple coaching tips. Use bumpers for kids or new players to keep the game fun and engaging.
Designate one person to handle payment coordination and communication with staff for add-ons, food orders, or any issues that arise during the session.
After play, have each guest return rental shoes, gather personal items, and check the scoring system for final results or photo opportunities if the venue offers them.
