Party Booking & Setup
Reserve lanes
Book 1 bowling lane for a 2-hour 'All You Can Bowl' late-night session. Confirm start and end times and request any lane assignment preferences (e.g., near restrooms, private area).
Confirm shoe rental
Reserve enough shoe rental pairs for your group (6 adult pairs in this plan). Note that shoe rental is included in the 2-hour package; confirm sizes in advance if possible to speed check-in.
Bring a copy of the reservation confirmation (digital or printed) and arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and pick up shoes.
Players & Accessories
Check-in and shoe fitting
Have all players check in at the front desk. Use the shoe size measure to fit each player with properly sized rental shoes. Inspect shoes for cleanliness and have attendants clean or replace as needed.
Select balls and safety check
Choose appropriate bowling balls: use spare heavier balls for stronger bowlers and lightweight balls for kids. Ensure finger holes fit comfortably. Wipe down ball surfaces and provide grip wipes or towels to each player.
Set up scoring
Use the lane tablet or provided scorecards to enter player names and begin a fresh 2-hour scoring session. Decide whether to play standard games, team rotation, or continuous frames until time ends.
Gameplay Flow (2-hour unlimited)
Start the 2-hour session at the scheduled time. Players bowl freely for the full duration; when a game finishes, immediately start the next one — there is no limit to the number of games within the two hours.
Maintain lane etiquette: wait until the bowler on approach has completed their release before stepping onto the approach, and keep food and drink off the lane. Rotate bowlers promptly to keep play continuous.
If a ball gets stuck, notify the lane attendant rather than attempting to retrieve it. Use lane bumpers for youth players if requested to keep games moving and fun.
Food & Drink (optional add-ons)
Order pitchers and appetizers early so food arrives during the session. Place pitchers away from the lane approaches and use secure trays for deliveries to prevent spills.
Plan snack breaks between frames or after a set number of games. Encourage quick, communal sharing of appetizers to minimize time away from lanes.
Staffing & Safety
The lane attendant will reset pins, assist with scoring issues, and operate lane equipment. The shoe rental attendant manages fitting and returns.
Keep a first-aid kit nearby and know where the facility's emergency exits are. Report any injuries or equipment malfunctions immediately to staff.
At session end, return rental shoes to the drop-off point, collect personal items, and settle any tab for food or additional services. Thank staff and confirm any future bookings if desired.
