Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Scallops

Preheat the broiler. Clean the scallops, reserving the shells. Place the scallops in their shells on a baking sheet.

2

Make the Filling

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the crab meat, parsley, bread crumbs, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.

3

Stuff the Scallops

Spoon the crab mixture evenly over each scallop in its shell.

4

Top with Cheese

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the stuffed scallops.

5

Broil

Place the baking sheet under the broiler and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6

Serve

Carefully remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy your VIERAS SANTIAGUESAS!
