Seafood and Sauce

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Clean and prepare all the seafood. Cut the lobster into pieces if desired.

  2. 2

    Make the Sauce

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.

  3. 3

    Add Tomatoes and Wine

Add chopped tomatoes to the pot and cook for about 5 minutes. Pour in white wine and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Stock and Season

Pour in fish stock and add salt and black pepper to taste. Bring to a gentle boil.

  5. 5

    Cook the Seafood

Add the lobster, shrimp, clams, mussels, and scallops to the pot. Cover and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through and clams/mussels have opened.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, stir in chopped parsley and lime juice. Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice.
