Cocktail
Combine spirits and bitters
Add 1 oz Vanagandr Gin, 1 oz Amoro de Vino, 1 oz Tximista Vermouth, and 2 dashes grapefruit bitters to a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir
Fill the mixing glass with plenty of ice (enough to chill and dilute without melting quickly). Stir gently but firmly with a bar spoon for 20–30 seconds (about 30–40 full rotations) until the mixture is well chilled and slightly diluted — the mixing glass should feel very cold and slightly frosted.
Prepare the serving glass
Place a single large clear ice cube or block into an old-fashioned glass. If you prefer, chill the glass briefly before serving.
Strain
Using a strainer, pour the chilled cocktail from the mixing glass into the prepared old-fashioned glass over the large ice cube.
Serve
Serve immediately. Sip slowly to enjoy the interplay of the gin, Spanish fortified wine, sweet vermouth, and bright grapefruit bitters.
