Add Liquids and Simmer
Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce. Stir to combine and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer, covered, for about 1.5 to 2 hours until the lamb is tender.

Prepare the Noodles and Mushrooms
In the last 30 minutes of cooking, soak the cellophane noodles in hot water for about 15 minutes. Rinse the dried lily flowers and wood ear mushrooms, then add them to the stew.

Add Noodles and Final Seasoning
Add the soaked cellophane noodles to the stew and stir gently. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Serve
Ladle the stew into bowls, top with crumbled flatbread and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
