Optional (for sweeter or fizz variation)
Method
Prepare Glass and Rim
Choose and prepare rim
Select sugar, coarse salt, or Tajín for the rim. Pour about 1 tablespoon of the chosen rim ingredient onto a small plate and spread into a shallow layer.
Run a lime wedge around the outer edge of your serving glass (rocks or coupe). Hold the glass at a slight angle and press the moistened rim into the plate of rim seasoning, rotating to coat evenly. Set the glass aside to dry while you mix the cocktail.
Mix Cocktail
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice (about 1 cup).
Add 2 oz Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Agave Blanco, 1 oz Lyre’s Orange Aperitivo, 1 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz agave syrup to the shaker.
Cap the shaker and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is very cold and slightly frosted. This chills and properly dilutes the cocktail.
If you prefer a smoother, slightly diluted drink, perform a double-strain: open the shaker, pour through a Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer into a jigger, then into your prepared glass over fresh serving ice (about 1/2 cup). For a neat (no-ice) presentation, strain directly into the rimmed glass without serving ice.

Notes & Adjustments
Sweetness: Taste and adjust — add an extra 0.25 oz agave syrup if you prefer sweeter. Citrus: If limes are small or not very juicy, increase lime juice to 1.25 oz for brightness.
