1

Prepare glass

Select a large wine glass (or rocks glass). Fill the glass about three‑quarters full with large ice cubes to keep the drink cold and prevent rapid dilution.

2

Build the drink

Pour 3 oz Lyre’s Non‑Alcoholic Italian Orange directly over the ice, then add 0.25 oz simple syrup. Stir gently once or twice with a bar spoon to combine and slightly chill the syrup into the spirit alternative.

3

Top with soda

Slowly add 2 oz chilled soda water down the side of the glass to retain effervescence and create a light layered effect. Give one gentle stir (1–2 turns) to integrate without flattening the bubbles.

4

Garnish and serve

Float or place an orange wheel on the rim or inside the glass as a garnish. Serve immediately while effervescent.
