Setup Instructions
Assemble the Chafing Rack
Place the wire chafing rack on a stable surface, ensuring it is level and secure.
Insert the Water Pan
Position the full-sized aluminum water pan on top of the wire chafing rack.
Add Water
Pour 4 cups of water into the aluminum water pan, filling it to about half.
Prepare the Sterno Cans
Open the Sterno fuel cans and place them into the designated holders on the chafing rack.
Ignite Sterno
Using a long lighter or match, carefully ignite each Sterno can. Ensure the flame is stable.
Maintain Water Level
Monitor the water level in the pan and add more water as needed to prevent burning.
Serve Food
Place your food trays on the water pan to keep them warm while serving.

Keep the area around the Sterno cans clear and supervise the setup while in use.
