Prepare the Poached Pears
In a large saucepan, combine water, sugar, and hibiscus tea bags. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Peel the pears, leaving the stems intact, and add to the simmering liquid. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Remove from heat and let the pears cool in the poaching liquid.

Make the Hibiscus Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Assemble the Salad
In a large serving bowl, place the frisée lettuce as the base. Slice the poached pears and arrange them on top. Crumble goat cheese over the salad, and sprinkle with candied pecans. Drizzle the hibiscus vinaigrette over the top.
