Prepare the Fries
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the hand-cut fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Form the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.

Assemble the Burgers
Spread a generous amount of BBQ mayonnaise on the bottom half of each burger bun. Place the cooked patty on top, followed by a scoop of pimento cheese, B&B pickles, and slices of red onion. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve the pimento cheeseburgers hot with a side of hand-cut fries.
