Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the wings in a large bowl, and season them with salt and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Cooking
- 2
Bake the Wings
Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Sauce Preparation

Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and vinegar. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 4
BBQ Sauce
In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well until the honey is fully incorporated. Set aside.
- 5
Teriyaki Sauce
In a saucepan, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
Tossing the Wings

Toss in Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the desired sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, or Teriyaki) over the wings and toss until well coated. Serve immediately.
