Method
Cauliflower Bites Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut the cauliflower head into bite-sized florets and set aside.
- 2
Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and water until smooth.
- 3
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is thoroughly coated. Shake off any excess batter.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Arrange the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation
- 5
Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until well combined. Remove from heat.
- 6
Toss Cauliflower in Sauce
Once the cauliflower is baked, transfer it to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over it. Toss gently to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
Ranch Dressing Preparation
- 7
Make the Ranch Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
