Place the white wine bottle in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Ideal serving temperature for Chardonnay delle Dolomiti is 8–10°C (46–50°F). If short on time, place bottle in an ice bucket with equal parts ice and cold water for 20–30 minutes.

Chill

Chill two white wine glasses in the fridge or freezer for 10–15 minutes. Wash and thinly slice fresh pear and peach (or nectarine) and arrange 2 slices of each in a small bowl. Prepare a lemon twist if using.

Prepare glassware and garnish
