Refrigerate the Regaleali Bianco bottle for at least 2 hours before serving to reach a serving temperature of about 8–10°C (46–50°F). If short on time, place the bottle in a bucket of ice and water for 15–20 minutes or wrap in a damp towel and place in the freezer for 15 minutes—check frequently to avoid freezing.

Select clean white wine glasses and chill them briefly in the refrigerator or by rinsing with cold water and drying. This keeps the wine cool while tasting.

If using garnishes, thinly slice a small apple and a small peach. Cut a thin strip of pink grapefruit peel and twist to release aromatic oils. Place one or two thin fruit slices or a twist on the rim or in the glass as a gentle aromatic accent, taking care not to overpower the wine.

Inspect the bottle for sediment or cork condition. Wipe the bottle neck with a clean cloth. Using a waiter’s corkscrew, remove the cork slowly to avoid agitation.

Pour a small tasting amount (about 30–50 ml) into one glass first. Swirl gently and smell to appreciate the delicate fruity nose of apple, peach and pink grapefruit. Note the intensity and crispness on the palate.

If the wine is as expected, pour about 125–150 ml into each glass for serving. Leave some space in the glass to allow the aromas to gather.

Serve the wine alongside light accompaniments: oysters or chilled shrimp will emphasize the wine’s minerality and crispness; soft fresh cheeses and crostini will complement its fruitiness without overpowering it.

If serving multiple courses, refresh the wine’s temperature between courses by returning the bottle to a chilled bucket if needed.
