Place the 750 ml bottle of Pinot Grigio Blush in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving. If short on time, place the bottle in an ice bucket filled with ice and cold water for 20–30 minutes until well chilled (target serving temperature 8–10°C / 46–50°F).

Chill the bottle

Lightly bruise 1/4 cup fresh cranberries in a small bowl by pressing gently with the back of a spoon until some juices release. This releases the bright, freshly crushed cranberry aroma that complements the wine's notes.

Prepare aroma garnish

If using edible mineral salt flakes, place them on a small plate. Moisten the rim of each serving glass with a lemon or lime wheel, then gently dip the rim into the mineral salt flakes to pick up a light dusting. This adds a subtle mineral accent to echo the wine's minerality.

Rim accent (optional)

Float 3–4 bruised cranberry halves in the bottom of each glass or rest 1 thin lemon/lime wheel on the rim. Do not overfill the glass with fruit — the goal is to enhance aroma, not change the wine's balance.

Garnish the glass

If the bottle was refrigerated, remove it 5 minutes before pouring to allow aromas to open slightly. If chilled in an ice bucket, remove and dry the bottle with a towel.

Pour approximately 5–6 ounces (150–180 ml) of Pinot Grigio Blush into each white wine or rosé glass, filling to the widest part of the bowl to allow aromas to concentrate.

Serve immediately with the prepared garnish. Encourage guests to smell the glass before sipping to catch the freshly crushed cranberry aroma and mineral notes. For an optional finishing touch, lightly sprinkle a tiny pinch (about 1/16 tsp) of mineral salt onto the top of the wine surface; use sparingly so as not to alter acidity or flavor balance.

Leftover bottle: re-cork and refrigerate; consume within 3–4 days for best freshness.
