Preparation
Prepare the Oats
In a saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add the 1 cup of organic steel-cut oats and a pinch of salt. Reduce the heat to low and simmer uncovered for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender and have absorbed most of the water. Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes.
Prepare the Fruits
While the oats are cooking, chop the tropical fruit mix into bite-sized pieces if not pre-cut. Place the fruit in a serving bowl.
Serving
Plate the Croissants
Warm the croissants in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes if desired. Place them on a serving platter.
Serve the Yogurt
Spoon the triple cream yogurt into small bowls or cups for individual servings.
Serve the Beverages
Brew the coffee and tea according to package instructions. Pour the orange juice and grapefruit juice into separate pitchers for serving.
