In a large pitcher, combine 4 cups of cold water with 1 cup of electrolyte powder. Stir well until the powder is completely dissolved.

Divide the prepared hydration base into five equal portions (about 1 cup each). To each portion, add 1 tsp of the respective flavoring: cotton candy, banana, grape, crisp apple, and tropical punch. Stir thoroughly to ensure the flavor is well mixed.
