Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.

2

Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are well-coated and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

3

Preheat the Grill or Oven

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).

4

Cook the Salmon

If grilling, place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill skin-side down and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. If using the oven, place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 12-15 minutes.

5

Serve

Remove the salmon from the grill or oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with additional lemon wedges and a garnish of fresh dill, if desired.
