Preparation of Fries
Cutting the Potatoes
Wash and cut the Russet potatoes into thick fries.
Making the Batter

Heating the Oil
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Dip the cut fries into the beer batter and carefully place them in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
Draining
Remove fries from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Seasoning and Serve
Seasoning the Fries
While the fries are still hot, sprinkle with all-dressed seasoning mix (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and dried parsley).
Preparing the Parm Dip
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to taste.
Serving
Serve the dirty flo fries hot with the parm dip on the side.
